Why don't you tell writers if you pay or not? There is no excuse to be evasive. This needs to be in your guidelines.

'John' poem supporters, there's another online from HOOT!
You all have support my series of 'John' poems in the past few months in your publications in print and online. I wanted to let you know that a poem from the series, 'John of Arc,' is currently online from HOOT to read, see and hear.
