Hello:
Why don't you tell writers if you pay or not? There is no excuse to be evasive. This needs to be in your guidelines.
Or do you only want gullible writers to submit?
Thanks, Roy

'John' poem supporters, there's another online from HOOT!
You all have support my series of 'John' poems in the past few months in your publications in print and online. I wanted to let you know that a poem from the series, 'John of Arc,' is currently online from HOOT to read, see and hear.
Great stuff, only they titled it Joan instead of John. I read it correctly! All best, T.
You're right T. I messed up. It should be Joan.
Sorry everyone.

Some last-night poems from the dying old Fox ---I'll put some bio-data in after the poems just to show you how notorious I am.
